Fact: Apple Macs are brilliant...

They are, however, computers, which means that they can go wrong or behave in unexpected ways! They need care, attention, support and upgrading just like any other system.

Unlike PC based systems, however, suitably skilled and qualified Apple repair and support services can be hard to find. Most, including Apple's own stores, tend to replace rather than repair, sell rather than service.

That's where I come in...

I am trained on both hardware and software and can fix all but the most severely damaged systems including water/coffee and accidentally damaged computers including iPods and iPhones.

A self taught and trained Apple engineer, I have been living and breathing Apple Macintosh computers since 1989. I am a fully trained Apple Engineer and can meet the challenge of most environments and issues. With my network of contacts there is not much I cannot provide and the rates are great.

I also offer sound advice based on 20 years Apple Mac experience having worked for some of the largest firms around as well as the smallest. No job is too small or large.
